1. The business hours of submission are Thursday 10:00 – 13:00

2. The business hours of collection are Thursday 10:00 – 15:00

3. Processing period: the processing time is usually 6 working days, (in the case that all the required documents are provided). The express service is not available at present.

4. Postal service: Currently, this service is only available for collection by chronopost. The deadline for obtaining the document will be extended to 10 days (complete file). The applicant must request this service at the counter if he/she wishes to return the application by mail. Deposit by mail is not acceptable
